The L B Nagar police on Monday arrested one Businessman who allegedly raped a 31-year-old women.
The accused – A Venugopal Alias Venu (23) Occupation Readymade cloth business Resident of Miryalaguda of Nalgonda District were arrested on Jan 13 morning hours from Nalgonda district, Accused Venu Raped the women from resident of Saraswati Nagar of L B nagar few days back at her residence.
A manhunt was launched to arrest the accused after police registered a case under section 376 and 506 IPC based on a complaint filed by the victim’s Husband on Jan 11. The accused are being been sent to Osmania Hospital Forensic and Texocology dept for potency test, L B Nagar police said. (INN)
