Businessmen face difficulties in filling GST returns

Hyderabad: The businessmen are facing a lot of difficulties in filling GST returns due to technical issues.
Mr. Prakash, President, Telangana State Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Trade told that the businessmen are facing a lot of difficulties. He further told that in rural areas, there is a need to improve internet connection. Govt. should setup help desk. He informed that only 4% shopkeepers have an access to internet whereas 96% of them do not have computers. All of them depend on help desk. He complained that Govt. is imposing fines and asking them to prefer claims for the refund of their amounts if found ineligible.
