Businessman attacked by brothers-in-law succumb to injuries

The 38-year-old businessman who was injured after being attacked allegedly by his brothers-in-law succumbed at the Osmania General Hospital.

According to Langar Houz police, the deceased, Shaik Ibrahim, had some argument with his wife on August 3. She complained about it to her brothers Irfan and Imran who came to their house at Moghal Nagar at Ring Road along with their friends – Khadeer, Sajju, Hameed and Khader Ali. They allegedly beat up Ibrahim with a cricket bat and wickets and later pushed him down from the first floor.

The severely injured Ibrahim was then rushed to the Osmania General Hospital where he died on Tuesday morning. Police had registered a case of murder against the six accused who are absconding, according to Inspector NB Ratnam. (INN)
