About the role – The role entails managing and executing Improvement & High Impact Projects through usage of Six Sigma, Lean and other methodologies. The role would be responsible for the effective delivery of the projects to support Change Management Program initiative across the organization. Given the nature of the role and the distribution of the teams , the role may require travel and flexibility to support the improvement initiatives.
