ABOUT COMPANY:

A Pharmaceutical market research organization that has evolved into an IT infrastructure player in Pharmaceutical Distribution & Retail. With 7 different product offerings and several in the offing; the aim is to cut time and improve accuracy by giving our clients early & accurate information to plan strategies & win over competition.
The roles core functions are:

– Build business by locating, approaching, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships – Provide post sales services to the client& achieve customer satisfaction (measured by regular surveys)
– Achieving Revenue Goals of the business vertical.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential Clients; discovering and exploring opportunities
2)Win the client mandate -Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts. Coordinate with field, client and HO to integrate the contract requirements with business operations and ensure smooth roll out
3)Commercialize the pilots to generate revenue for the company.
4)Ensure smooth rollout and coordinate with field, client and HO to integrate requirements and resolve any issue/ bottleneck encountered.
5)Add value to the deliverable by servicing client requests and queries promptly.
Other Tasks

1. Generate MIS for the department
2. Follow up and ensure uploads wherever required
Self-driven, Adaptable, Team-player, Time management skills, Relationship /Networking abilities, Persuasive, Managerial Skills, Problem Solving & Analytical.

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream with PG in Management.
4-6 years of experience in servicing pharmaceutical clients.
Location:-
Banglore covering Chennai & Hyderabad.

Salary:-
6,00,000 to 8,00,000 per annum.
