JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Demonstrated success within a holistic client management approach including establishing client contacts, client profiling, prospecting and maintaining client listings consistent with business objectives
– Developing effective working relationships with clients through regular meetings and identifying and obtaining further work and business development opportunities
– Maintaining contemporary knowledge of current and future market trends, industry contacts, potential prospects, new projects and awards and reporting to SVP accordingly
– Ensuring the efficient and timely co-ordination and production of high quality BD documentation, including Expressions of Interest (EOI’s), Registrations and Pre-qualifications
– Demonstrated experience and capability in managing / negotiating commercial and contractual matters with clients on projects till contract award / signature
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10years’ career experience with a Bachelor or Master in Architecture / Engineering disciplines. An MBA will be an added value.
Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential and interest from Kuwaiti Nationals will be warmly received.
