Business Development Manager Domestic staffing
1. Identifying potential clients and build relations in order to generate business requirement.2. Responsible for handling a team of Key Account Managers & IT Recruiters.3. Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization.4. Generating requirements from new clients.5. Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.6. Should have sound knowledge on end to end IT recruitment process sourcing -Identifying screening short listing interviewing candidates.7. Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.8. Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.9. Identify the key source and connect to the right person through Cold Calling/ LinkedIn / other social and business/professional networking sites.10. Creating and maintaining database of potential Clients.11. Identify new business opportunities and responsible for CRM activities, Post sales activities.12. Set up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders/Director.13. Making Business proposals14. Follow up with the Clients on regular basis15. Strategic planning & execution.
