We are looking for Business Development Manager for us. He can be at any location, we will set up a office at that location.
Job Responsibilities:
Must be dealing with MNC’s / PSU’s / Manpower Tendering in Government sector for contractual staffing.
Minimum experience of 3 years
Extensive recruitment knowledge
Proven track record in business development for recruitment companies.
Ability to develop and implement strategic business development plan and meet, sales and revenue targets
Identify clients and provide staffing solutions to them
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to think outside the box
Well-developed networks and the capability to leverage your established relationships
Salary:INR 4,00,000 – 7,00,000 P.A.
