# Business Development experience in permanent & Contract to hire Staffing Services is a MUST.
# 5-8 years successful direct sales experience in Staffing services/Recruitment.
# Define and implement strategies that will help PRI India move up the value chain from staff augmentation to becoming a strategic solution provider to direct clients.
# Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their IT Consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth.
# Will be responsible for Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.
# Will be handling Client Relationship management & Account management.
# Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business & manage the team.
# Ability to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.
# Well versed with Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.
# Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written.
# Good listening skills.
# Good presentation skills must be able to make & deliver presentations.
# Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities.
