Job Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the entire gamut of lead management, sales and business development for the region. You’ll own your budget and targets for new and repeat business
– Personally contact and secure new business accounts/orders through a relationship-based approach. Active account management to ensure client retention and referal led growth.
– Co-ordination with operations team for smooth on-boarding and transition.

– Courageous, competitive and hungry folks who like to go out, meet people & are able to strike conversations easily with the front office all the way to CEO.
– Confidence, diligence and the ability to persevere
– Local language skills are plus
Salary:INR 2,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A. Attractive performance based incentives
