Hyderabad, February 28: In a grave burglary incident took place at Nacharam area the burglars broke into the house of a person recently returned from America and escaped with 5000 American dollars and other items.
Mohan Rao resident of Shanti Garden Apartment situated at Nacharam is said to have returned from America recently and had gone to Guntur to attend the marriage of his niece. He returned on Sunday only to find that the door lock is broken and 5000 American dollars, Gold jewellery and other items kept in the almirah are stolen.
Mohan Rao informed Nacharam police and the police reached the spot along with the close team of detective squad and obtained finger prints.
Cases were registered under section 457 (House breaking) and 380 (Theft) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
