Bullied for last name “Trump”, 11-Year-Old invited to President’s speech

Joshua Trump, a sixth grader passionate about science and animals will be attending US President Donald Trump’s second State of the Union speech as a guest on Tuesday.

According to a short statement issued by the White House, the youngster is not a member of the Donald Trump’s family, but instead a boy from Wilmington, Delaware, who has been bullied in school because of his last name.

The statement reads “He appreciates science, art, and history, he also loves animals and hopes to pursue a related career in the future.” The statement further added that Joshua Trump’s hero and best friend is his Uncle Cody, a member of the United States Air Force.

The statement added that “Unfortunately, Joshua has been bullied in school due to his last name. He is thankful to the First Lady and the Trump family for their support.”
