The disturbing video is doing internet rounds which shows a midwife brutally beating up an infant after she gets irritated when the infant does not stop crying which has now caused the infant the condition of epilepsy.
The Bulgarian government has sentenced the midwife to 18 years in prison for punching and slapping the baby.
The infant has now been diagnosed with epilepsy- a condition caused by head injuries at a young age.
