Budget allocations good, says KCR

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today expressed content on full time budget 2015-16 presented by Finance Minister Etela Rajender in the Assembly.

In a press release here, the Chief Minister gave a pat to the minister and officials for apt allocations to various heads that will reflect the government’s priorities. “The budget will sure come up to the aspirations of the people as the government is according top priority to welfare, agriculture, job creation, education and health. Keeping long-term and mid-term objectives of the government, the budget has come up with suitable allocations”, he stated and appreciated the team for preparing a budget with better allocations.
“Our flagship projects like water grid, lakes restoration, greenery, highways, infrastructure and industries were given proper and balanced allocations”, KCR noted. Aasara, fees reimbursement, loan waiver, PRC and other heads got proper allocations, KCR said and directed the ministers, legislators and officials to take forward the benefits of the budgetary allocations to the people to be put on right path of growth trajectory. The leaders of various parties should come up with suitable suggestions after a thorough study of the Budget, he added. (NSS)
