Amritsar, May 13: Urging the Centre to provide BSF with latest sophisticated weapons, All India Anti-Terrorist Front today said the paramilitary force is not well-equipped to combat smuggling and infiltration from Pakistan.
“Currently the BSF is not well-equipped to counter smuggling and infiltration activities across the border. The Centre should provide modern equipments to the paramilitary force to strengthen them,” AIATF Chairman M S Bitta told reporters here.
