Wife of a BSF constable today died after sustaining burn injuries while filling kerosene in the cooking heater.
The victim, wife of constable S K Jena who is attached with BSF officers mess at Panthachowk, was rushed to the 92 Base Hospital of Army at Badamibagh where she succumbed to her wounds, police said.
The mishap took place at Jena’s residential quarters, police said, adding a case into the matter has been registered and investigations are on.
