A human rights group has claimed that two British soldiers are linked to an alleged prostitute’s murder in Kenya.
The 21-year-old was found dead in a hotel’s septic tank in Nanyuki, a region where troops train to acclimatise for Afghanistan, The Sun reported Wednesday.
According to Social Watch, a human rights group, the woman was last seen there with a British soldier March 31. Her body was found June 5.
The group has also accused Kenyan authorities of not properly investigating the murder.
“A night guard witnessed a fierce fight in the room the girl (name withheld for legal reasons) and the British soldier were occupying,” said the group in a letter.
