Lucknow: In a shocking incident, a woman was allegedly forced to strip in front of the groom’s family after the rumours of skin disease spread. This incident occurred in Mahoba disrict of Uttar Pradesh.
The rumour was that the woman had a skin disease named leukoderma.
According to the report, Jai Hind wad’s marriage was fixed with Teeja, but when some relatives told him that the bride’s skin had white patches. When matter become serious, father of Teeja reached the police station.
It was decided that there will be a marriage, but after finding the truth. After this decision, Teeja was taken to a police station room and striped in front of the groom’s relatives.
However, after the rumours proved to be false, groom’s family apologize and boy married the bridegroom.
