VHP leader Ashok Singhal dead

New Delhi: Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Ashok Singhal, who was undergoing treatment in a Gurgaon hospital died on Tuesday.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Ashok Singhal was admitted to a private hospital in Gurgaon late on Friday night after he complained of breathlessness.

According to doctors, his condition was critical and he is under constant observation, said a statement issued by the VHP.

BJP president Amit Shah, union Health Minister JP Nadda, and BJP general secretary (organisation) Ramlal visited the hospital on Saturday to enquire about Singhal’s health.
