Kanpur, April 12: A six-year old boy was killed after being hit by the speeding car of a Samajwadi Party MLA here, police said today. The vehicle belonged to Hamirpur Samajwadi Party MLA Ashok Kumar Chandel, they said adding the driver has been arrested.
The mishap took place at Bhim Nagar area last evening when the boy was playing outside his home. At the time of the accident, Chandel”s wife was in the car.
