Hyderabad, November 14: Police has identified the boy and girl who had drowned in Himayat Sagar yesterday. It is said that the accident occurred when 17 year old Shaheen student of B.Pharmacy was going towards a club situated near Himayat Sagar to celebrate her birthday along with some of her friends.
It has been learnt that Shaheen hailed from Khammam district and she was the daughter of RMP doctor Mohammad Saheb. She was staying at Sri Vaishnavi girls’ hostel in Mehdipatnam. On the occasion of her birthday her friend Nalini had prompted her to celebrate the birthday at the club located near Himayat Sagar. Shaheen was riding pillion on the bike with a boy named Vineet when the accident occurred. The bike was in high speed.
Police yesterday retrieved the bodies of the duo from Himayat Sagar and also found the bike.
