Santa Ana, June 14: A 13-year-old boy sexually assaulted an 8-year old girl Saturday afternoon, police said.
Police were alerted soon after the assault, officials said, and took the boy into custody at a home in the 500 block of North Porter Street. Police took her to Western Medical Center-Santa Ana to be treated.
They booked the boy, believed to be from Santa Ana, at Juvenile Hall on suspicion of rape.
