Botsa demands Naidu’s resignation

YSR Congress Party leader Botsa Satyanarayana has demanded the resignation of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu from the post over his alleged involved in ‘Cash for Vote’ case.

Speaking to media persons here, Botsa said it was highly condemnable that despite being the Chief Minister of a State, Naidu resorted to horse-trading of MLAs only to win one MLC seat in another State. He said that Naidu did not specify whether or not the audio tape contained his voice. At one side, the TDP leaders are claiming that the audio tape was doctored. But on the other, they are leveling allegations of phone tapping. By levelling the allegations of phone tapping, Naidu has admitted that it was him who spoke to nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson seeking him vote for cash.

Botsa also accused Naidu of trying to provoke the people of Andhra Pradesh for a mistake which he committed as an individual and TDP president. (INN)
