A female council boss has been suspended for biting a 24-year-old junior employee so hard that she drew blood through his underwear.
The worker was taken to hospital, after the incident, for a tetanus injection.
A colleague called the bite a horseplay that got out of hand.
Another co-worker said that the worker is a young man in an office full of women and there was banter and nonsense that went too far.
The victim told senior bosses at Neath Port Talbot Council, in South Wales that the council is trying to keep it quiet, the Sun reported.
A spokesman said that following the complaint, the have suspended the employee as a neutral act. (ANI)
