Under the auspices of Urdu writers and Journalists’ Association, Bazm-e-Ahbab-e-Jalees and Baghban Educational Welfare Society, poetic collection of famous Urdu poet Mr. Hasan Farukh “Doosri Dastak” will be held at 6:30 p.m. today at Abul Kalam Azad Oriental Research Institute, public garden under the chairmanship of Mr. Syed Vicaruddin, Chief Editor of Rahnuma-e-Deccan. Mr. Syed Shah Nurul-Haque Quadri, Mr. Rashid Azar and Prof. S.A.Shukoor, director Urdu Academy will be the Chief guests. Prof. Baig Ehsas, Mr. Mir Kamal Uddin Ali Khan and Dr. Ameena Tahseen will express their views. Mr. Aslam Farshourie will welcome the guests. Mr. Yousuf Ravish will render appraisal poems. Ms. Udesh Rani Bawa, Mr. Shahnawaz Shah and Mr. Mir Farooque Ali, Editor “Adsa” have requested Urdu lovers to attend the function. Mr. Atyab Ajaz will be the convener of the function. Mr. Abid Siddiqui will conduct the meeting. Famous Qazal Singer, Mr. Khan Athar will render the Nath-e-Shareef of Mr. Hasan Faruk in the beginning of the meeting. After the meeting, Mushaira will be held which will be presided over by Mr. Hasan Farukh. Mr. Rauf Khalish, Mr. Jalaal Arif, Mr. Mohsin Jalgaoni will be guests of honor. Mr. Rayes Akhtar, Dr. Farooque Shakeel, Sahib zada Mujtaba Faheem, Masroor Abidi, Sardar Saleem, Soofi Sultan Shuttari, Dr. Khaja Fareeduddin Sadique, Wali Mohammed Zahid Haryanvi, Ms. Tasneem Jouhar, Mona Hyderabadi and Ms. Sabeeha Nasreen will present their poems.
