Central Hajj Committee of India has assigned Bombay Mercantile Bank the responsibility of providing forein exchange to 1.25 lakh Hajj pilgrims going for the Holy pilgrimage through Hajj committee.
According to Managing Director Bombay Mercantile Bank Mr. Shaikh Mushtaq Ali Ahmed, Hajj aspirants will leave for Hajj from 21 embarkation points. Branches of Bombay Mercantile Bank will be set up at various cities and counters will be set up at each embarkation point for providing Saudi Riyal in exchange of Indian currency. Mr. Lal Jan Pasha is the chairman of BMC.
