Bombardier, Infortech enterprises supports underprivileged children

Rail technology leder Bombardier Transportation in association with Infotech Enterpises will develop and upgrade infrastructure at Zilla Pradishad High School, in Khajaguda here. The school, located near Bomardier’s Engineering Centre India (BTECI), educates around 600 children and young people aged between three and 15 from underpreivileged backgrounds. A ground breaking ceremony for the school playground was organized at the school premises to marke the ninth anniversary of the engineering partnership between Bombardier and Infortech Enterprise. Speaking on the occasion, Bombardier Chief Technical Officer Josef Doppelbauer said ‘our goal at Bomardier is to create meaningful economic, social and environmental benefits for the communities in whcih we operate. ‘By providing a better learning environment for these peoples, we are helping them to get a foot on the ladder to better education’, he said. Infotech enterprise, Global hR and Corporate Affairs President Ashok Reddy said ‘ started in 2002, an imprtant part of Infortech Enterprises Charitable Trust’s vision has been to improve the quality of education imparted to underprivileged children in schools which lack of basic amenities. To enable our vision, we have been seeking support from our esteemed customers, the local community and the government. Today, the trust supports 10 schools around Hyderabad educating a total of around 5,400 underprivileged children, Mr Reddy said. UNI
