A bomb scare at the railway station here created panic for a short while and kept sleuths of security agencies on toes for sometime this evening. According to GRP and railway sources, some anonymous caller informed railway authorities in Noida about planting a bomb at the platform, they in turn alerted officials in Bikaner.’ Police bomb disposal squad and sniffer dog squad were summoned to conduct search for bomb/explosive. However, no bomb/explosive was found anywhere, the sources said, adding Bikaner Howrah Superfast train, which was preparing for departure, was also searched thoroughly after evacuating passengers.
