Kathmandu, August 11: A bomb exploded at Nepali Congress’s central office at Sanepa this afternoon.
Though no casualties were reported, the blast damaged the furniture and window panes of the office’s conference room.
A pamphlet of Nepal Defence Army (NDA) was found at the blast site. Reports said a man on a cycle threw the bomb at the office at 1500 hrs and sped away.
Police have cordoned off the area and begun investigation into the matter.
Three months ago, three people were killed when the NDA exploded a bomb at a church here.
