The chopped body of an unidentified 23-year-old man was found in two plastic bags lying along a road in the capital Sunday morning, police said.
The two bags – one carrying the torso and the other with the head, legs and hands – were recovered from south Delhi’s Dakshinpuri area by a shopkeeper, who alerted the police.
Police said a case has been registered, and they were trying to identify the body.
