New Delhi : The Brihannmumbai Municipal Corporation ( BMC) has fined several Ganeshotsav Mandals of Mumbai for damaging the road by erecting poles during the festive period.
The Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal has also been slapped with a fine of Rs. 4.86 lakh for creating potholes, while preparing ‘mandaps’ and for violating other guidelines by the municipal corporation.
A fine of Rs. 4.14 lakh has also been imposed on the Mumbaicha Raja Mandal for the same. (ANI)
