Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries-cleaned and washed
3 eggs
1 cup butter
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup whole milk
2 tsp baking powder
1.5 cups sugar-powdered
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
A 10 inch round cake tin, lined with grease-proof paper
2 cups refined flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Oven Temp: 325 F-160 C
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together, and beat a little with a wooden spoon, till well blended and transfer into the cake tin.
Bake in the pre-heated oven 40-45 minutes or till done (a knife pierced in should come out clean)
