Kabul:A powerful suicide blast has killed at least 10 people in Kabul near the headquarters of the Afghan Border Police (ABP).
Afghanistan’s deputy interior minister said that 20 people were wounded in the attack,reports TOLO News.
Initial reports suggested that the suicide bomber was on foot who planned to enter into the headquarters of ABP but security forces fired on him after he was recognized.
Most of the victims are reportedly civilians as Dehmazang area is a very busy part of the city.
It is still unknown whether the blast occurred as the result of the firing or the terrorist himself detonated his vest. (ANI)
