BJP workers stops Revanth Reddy’s campaign

Telangana TDP Working President A. Revanth Reddy faced a piquant situation on Monday when a group of BJP workers stopped his convoy preventing him from participating in election campaign in Ameerpet ward.

The BJP workers were upset over the seat-sharing agreement between the BJP and TDP for GHMC elections. The angry BJP workers raised slogans against Revanth Reddy which was countered by Revanth Reddy’s supporters. The local police immediately intervened and dispersed both the groups thus avoiding a clash between them. (INN)
