BJP will wrest power in Telangana: Murlidhar

BJP national general secretary P Murlidhar Rao today said his party has prepared a road map to wrest power in Telangana State in the ensuing 2019 elections.

Speaking at the BJP State Executive meeting at NKNR Gardens at Kukatpalli Y Junction, the BJP leader said the TRS has utterly failed on all fronts. The ruling party did not keep its word in fulfilling election promises and deceiving the people. He said his party would meet people and explain the achievements and welfare schemes initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi government during the last four years, he said, adding that Modi government has provided corruption-free and stable government and constantly getting people’s support.

State BJP president Dr K Laxman said his party will be launching bus yatra in all the Assembly constituencies across the State to highlight the failures of the TRS government. The BJP was also evolving a strategy to support the SC, ST candidates to win in the reserved constituencies.

BJP floor leader G Kishan Reddy, MLC N Ramchender Rao, BJP national executive member Perala Shekhar Rao, BJP parliamentary office secretary K Balasubramanyam, MLAs Chintala Ramachandra Reddy, NVSS Prabhakar, Medchal Malkajgiri district BJP president Madhavarao Kanta Rao and others attended the meeting. BJP State office-bearers, MLAs, State executive members and special invitees BJP district presidents, district party incharges, Zonal Incharges also participated in the meeting. (NSS)
