BJP will from majority government in Bihar, says Rudy

Expressing confidence, Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy today said that BJP will sweep the forthcoming elections in Bihar and will form a majority government.

“As far as Bihar is concerned, We are sweeping the state elections and BJP for the first time will form a majority government. We will definitely form a government. The BJP is on a strong foot,” Rudy, who is the Union Minister of State for Skill Development told reporters here.

“The day Nitish Kumar (Bihar Chief Minister) accepted the leadership of Lalu Prasad Yadav (RJD chief) and joined hands with him the credibility of Nitish Kumar was completely lost because the foundation in politics of Nitish Kumar was against the “jungle raj” of Lalu Prasad Yadav.

“So the day he (Kumar) decided to shake hands with Lalu Prasad to become the Chief Minister and survive as a Chief Minister that very day he lost the state elections,” Rudy, the senior BJP leader from Bihar, said.

“I can tell you with certainty the day the people of Bihar saw this partnership that very day they decided to form a BJP government with a full majority and that was day we (party leaders) were sure that BJP will form the government,” he added.
