Addressing a press conference here today Mr. Krishna Sagar Rao BJP senior leader and official spokesperson questioned where was the necessity to bring in the ordnance in such a hurry. Moreover, the Governor has the powers to issue ordnance he claimed and added that the Governor should be responsible and reject the Ordnance to bring in amendments.

Stating that the BJP will fight against the Ordinance and educate people  Mr. Krishna Sagaar Rao wondered whether the Bill was actually drafted in the Secretariat or in the TRS Bhavan and alleged that it was faulty which speaks about the bureaucracy.

He meanwhile welcomed the Governors move for sending back the New Municipalities Act Bill to the Governor and said that it was the BJP which made the representation led by former Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya and MLA Raja Singh and other delegates opposing the new Municipalities Act which they  alleged that it was against the 73 and 74th amendment as the powers from State Election Commission were removed and vested with the State Government .

Mr. Krishna Sagar further questioned as to why Chief Minister KCR has accepted the Bill through special ordnance. Under Emergency situation special ordnance are issued /He questioned as to what was the necessity for KCR Government to issue ordnance Why did the Chief Minister not convene the State Assembly to debate on the special ordnance. The Municipal Act violated the State Election Commission powers and peoples representative rights.

He welcomed the change in Karnataka and said that after Karnataka it will be Telangana in South.

Mr. Krishna Sagaar Rao commented on Akbaruddin owaisi comment in Karimnagar and said that he has come back to his old self. His statement in Karimnagar shows he is back to his old controversial comments Akbaruddin Owaisi has said that  “RSS can never even think of touching us. People only scare those who get scared easily and the world is scared of those who know how to scare people off.” and blamed that Hindus were thieves I will strongly condemn such statements and will have severe consequences. Akbaruddin’s statement establishes the fact that he is like the Dog’s tail that can never get straight He invoking the 15 minutes warning highlights the fear-mongering and negative mindset of the MIM Brothers. Amit Shah Union Home Minister in the Parliament has made a statement to his view of having a fearful mindset when MP Asaduddin Owaisi objected to NIA Law. This mindset BJP believes has to change and if they done BJP warns of serious consequences for creating rift between communities for disrupting peace in Telangana , Mr. Sagaar added.
