BJP warns TRS Prez not to cross limits

The feud between Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) further worsened today as the latter warned TRS President K Chandrasekhara Rao not to cross limits and stop launching scathing attacks on its state unit President G Kishan Reddy during the election campaign in Telangana region.

Addressing a press conference here, BJP State General Secretary N Ramchander Rao reminded the TRS that BJP was a National Party which believed in ideology and had policies unlike TRS ‘which was reduced to a family party with no ideology.’ He said Telangana was not a patent held by Mr Chandrasekhar Rao or TRS. Mr Chandrasekhara Rao had criticised Mr Kishan Reddy for not resigning for the cause of Telangana state. The BJP General Secretary said ‘Mr ‘KCR’ cannot question this as it was a policy decision taken by the National Policy Unit and the decision was an internal matter of the BJP.
