Hyderabad: Keeping in the view the General Elections of 2019, BJP has started tempting important leaders of Telangana Congress to join their party. In addition to Congress, BJP is eyeing on other political parties also.
It is learnt from reliable sources that the son of TRS Rajya Sabha MP, Mr. D. Srinivas has indicated that he would join BJP soon. Mr. Arvind, son of Mr. D. Srinivas has openly declared that he would join BJP.
Former Congress Minister, Komat Reddy Venkat Reddy and his brother Komat Reddy Rajgopal Reddy of Nalgonda told that they have been tempted to join BJP. Reddy brothers are angry with the attitudes of RC Khuntia and Congress President, Capt. Uttam Kumar Reddy. Mr. Khuntia declared that Capt. Uttam Kumar Reddy will lead the Congress till 2019 elections. Reddy brothers had made representations to take back this announcement but Congress rejected their demand.
Some senior leaders of TDP are also being admitted in BJP. Modi Govt. is confident that BJP would return to power after 2019 elections.
Mr. Bandaru Dattatreya, BJP MP of Secunderabad has told that on the occasion of the visit of Mr. Amit Shah, many leaders of other parties would join BJP.
It may be noted that Amit Shah is visiting Hyderabad from 10th to 12th September.
