The hands of brutal Modi are stained with the blood of hundred of innocent Muslims, but BJP is taking pride in presenting him as a prime ministerial candidate. The states which are governed by BJP are engaged in reviving the communal riots Gujarat experiment, but so long as leftist parties are present in this country, the dreams of BJP will not materalise.
On completion of ten years of Gujarat communal riots, INSAF organization organized a meeting under the title “National Shame”. The speakers were Dr. K. Narayana, Rajya Sabha MP Mr. Aziz Pasha, Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan Managing Editor, Siasat, comrade Nusrath Mohiuddin, Mr. Mir Ahmed Ali, Mr. S.A. Mannan, Mr. Tayyab Khalidi & Shaik Shamsuddin. The meeting was conducted by Mr. Mohammed Yousuf, President of INSAF organization of Greater Hyderabad.
Dr. Narayana in his speech said that a cruel and brutal person Narender Modi should have been behind the bars but on account of the hypocritic policy of the Central Govt. it is not possible to send him to prison. In A.P. where Congress is ruling, the person who is raising his voice against the hypocritic policies of the Congress Govt. is being sent to jailed all preparations have been made for sending him to jail. He termed Congress as the biggest communal party in the country. He also said that Mr. Kalyan Singh of BJP and Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao of Congress are equally responsible for the demolition of Babri Masjid. He assured that CPI will support Minorities till its last breadth to save secularism. He said that he is prepared to sacrifice his life to end communalism.
Mr. Syed Aziz Pasha, M.P. in his speech said the despite the completion of ten years of Gujarat riots, victims are still suffering they are deprived of justice and the assassins are wandering freely. Central Govt. has failed to tighten the rope to the culprits of Best Bakery, Gulmarg Society, Virodapatia and many cases. Mentioning the Welfare programmes organized by Siasat, he applauded the services of Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing Editor, Siasat, who immediately to the spot of the riots and helped them. He further told that the innocent women and children were killed brutally.
Muslim women were raped. Some non-Muslim justice loving people have raised their voice against these atrocities. Among such persons are Teesta Seethalwad, Sanjeev Bhat, and Sri Kumar. These people have been struggling for justice and they are fighting the battle in the courts of law.
He demanded the international organizations to file cases in the international court of Justice. Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing Editor, Siasat whether it is the demolition of Babri Masjid, or Gujarat riots, they have been instrumental in awakening the Muslims who were dormant.
He further told that when he visited the affected place at Shah Alam Camp on 4th March 2002 he waw that many persons had taken shelter in the graveyard in injured conditions.
There was no one to take care of them. It is very tragic that the culprits are wandering freely and the victims are deprived of justice. He further pointed out that the educational awareness of the Muslims is proving to be successful. There is a big change among the Muslims which did not take place during the past two decades.
In order to sustain this awakening Muslims have to come out of their inferiority complex and they should work along with SCs, STs and Backward classes. Analyzing the latest UP results, he said that the unity of the Muslims and Backward classes resulted in winning 71 Assembly seats in UP.
INSAF organized had also arrange a pictorial exhibition of the victims of Gujarath. Hundred of person saw this exhibition. The meeting was attended by the workers of INSAF organizations and other citizens.
