Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand B.C.Khanduri has written to the BJP President Rajnath Singh questioning his removal from the leadership of State Legislature Party. In a letter, he said that he has been made scapegoat for the party’s debacle in the Lok Sabha elections in Uttarakhand. AIR correspondent reports that Mr. Khanduri claimed that he has the support of majority of BJP MLAs.
A short session of Rajasthan Assembly begins on Thursday in Jaipur. AIR correspondent reports that main opposition BJP has decided to boycott this session.
