Hyderabad: While addressing at a roadshow in Malkajgiri, BJP president Amit Shah said that the other parties cannot develop Telangana if it wins the December 7 Assembly elections.
He said, “It is only the BJP that can bring about the development of the state.”
“No other party or the People’s Front can develop the state. Despite given several chances, the other parties have not shown developments in the state,” he added.
Addressing the road show, BJP party president Mr Amit Shah said, “One chance for the BJP can transform Telangana state as the people want. However, the BJP will show its strength alone in the elections.”
The road-show began from old Safilguda through Vinayakanagar in support of BJP candidate N. Ramachandra Rao.
He repeated his charge that voting for the Telangana Rashtra Samiti was nothing but voting for the MIM.
Mr Shah was welcomed in a grand manner by arranging a Bathukamma and bonalu that represents the tradition of Telangana state.
Many residents and people from nearby areas horde the route and a large number of youths with their two-wheelers rode ahead of Mr Shah’s motorcade as an advance guard.
