BJP not against AP division: Venkaiah

Seemandhra BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu today said his party was not against bifurcation of the State.
Speaking to the media here, Venkaiah said they condemned the violent incident that shocked the Lok Sabha the other day. He said while it was mentioned in the agenda that Telangana Bill would be tabled at 2 pm, the government said the bill was already moved at 12 noon in the House with an intention to throw the blame on the BJP and derive political gain. “There was no change in our party’s stand on the issue of Telangana. We are committed to decision of our party. Telangana State should be formed and problems of Seemandhra people should be solved”, he said.

Venkaiah predicted that the BJP and its allies would get 300 seats in the coming elections. But the Congress will not cross two-digit number. He said the Congress has committed a historic blunder by extending support to AAP which is like water in a ball. He also said Narendra Modi wave was sweeping the country.
Referring to the move to form third front, Venkaiah asked who will be its captain? (NSS)
