BJP leaders Dr Nagam Janardhan Reddy, Yendela Laxminarayana and Yennam Srinivasa Reddy have alleged that Speaker Nadendla Manohar conducted himself against Constitutional norms and allowed Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy’s resolution as a government one. They alleged that the Speaker seeking voice vote when the House was not in order was nothing but undemocratic.
Speaking at the Assembly media point, the BJP MLAs said creation of Telangana State was only possible with the support of BJP and the BJP will support the Bill in Parliament. They said the press meets by the Seemandhra leaders on the Assembly premises might be last ones today.
They alleged that Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy indulged in bowling after completion of the match only to get political mileage in the Seemandhra region. They also alleged that the Congress high command failed to control its own party Chief Minister revealing its real nature. (NSS)
