Hyderabad: General Secretary All India Congress Committee Dig Vijay Singh said that BJP will face badly in the ensuing elections. To save the sinking ship, BJP leaders including Prime Minister is fuelling communal hatred, but still, while the BJP will face defeat in 5 states, its supporter MIM will face disappointment too, said Mr. Singh. He further added that BJP and MIM ‘jugalbandi’ will also fail in Uttar Pradesh as it did in Bihar.
In an exclusive interview to Siasat, Daily Dig Vijay Singh claimed that Congress wave persists in 5 states. He hoped that Congress will get clear majority in Punjab, Goa and Manipur while it will emerge as the single largest party in Uttarakhand.
Mr. Dig Vijay Singh said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is jittery hence playing communal card with ‘Qabrastan-Shamshan’ remarks. BJP which promises ‘Ache Din’, rakes up issues like Ram Mandir, triple talaq, love jihad, ghar wapasi, terrorism just before the elections.
Taking a dig at MIM, Dig Vijay Singh said MIM tried to divide Muslim votes in Bihar but people of Bihar didn’t trust MIM. Then MIM reached UP to split Muslim vote. People of UP have also sensed MIM-BJP ‘jugalbandi’ hence MIM coin will not work in UP too.
