The Bharatiya Janata Party’s Legal Cell today convened a National meet here. The meeting was attended by executive members across the country, convened to derive consensus on protesting against the ruling UPA government. The legal and legislative cell executives demanded that the CBI needs to be overhauled as the ruling party was using the department as a weapon to suppress the oppositions. The event was a big puller of legal professionals from across the country.
Even legislators from other states participated in the event and the legal cell demanded a Supreme Court bench in South India. The Convenor of the Legal Cell who was instrumental in the mammoth gathering, Ravinder Viswanath said the cell was ready to take up severe protest to get the right solutions for various problems that are haunting the country.
