BJP leader Yeddyurappa was College graduate in 2013, Class 12 pass in 2018

Bengaluru: Generally a person’s qualification increases with the passing time but BJP’s CM candidate for Karnataka assembly elections BS Yeddyurappa’s educational qualifications have taken a considerable dip in the past few years.

The 75-year-old BJP leader had shown a BA (Bachelor of Arts) from Bangalore University as educational qualification during 2013 state assembly elections in Karnataka. However Yeddyurappa, who filed his nomination papers for the Shikaripura Assembly constituency in 2014, and again in 2018, has mentioned in his election affidavit that he has done a Pre-University Course (PUC) from Government College Mandya, Mysore University in the year 1960-61; which is equivalent to Plus-two, i.e., 12th pass.
