BJP deputy floor in Assembly NVSS Prabhakar on Sunday expressed concern over the rise in crime against women in Telangana.
Addressing a press conference at State BJP office here, Prabhakar said that the TRS Government has completely failed to control the law and order in the State. He said several incidents of rape and other crimes against women are being reported from across the State since TRS came to power. The slogan of “Bangaru Telangana” sounds ridiculous when the women in the State are not safe, he said.
Prabhakar asked Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to explain the reasons for delay in waiving off farm loans. He sought to know as to why the SLBC has failed to furnish the details of loans which it promised to give within 15 days. He blamed the TRS Government for suicide by farmers due to delay in waiving off loans. He also challenged the TRS for a debate on regularisation of contract employees and demolition of properties of Ayappa Society.
The BJP leader said his party would expose the failures of TRS Government during the election campaign of Medak by-elections. (INN)
