Hyderabad, December 19: The State BJP president, Mr G Kishen Reddy, on Saturday made it clear that his party does not support the TDP Chief, Mr Chandrababu Naidu’s hunger strike because the latter did not consult the Opposition parties before going on hunger strike on farmers’ issue.
Speaking to the media at the State BJP office here, Mr Kishen Reddy said that his party would not hesitate to fight for the cause of farmers and there was no link with Mr Chandrababu’s fast.
Condemning the AICC general secretary, Mr Rahul Gandhi’s statement against RSS, Mr Kishen Reddy said that the former’s remarks clearly prove that he has no knowledge of the RSS. He pointed out that the Congress party, which claims to be secular, was hobnobbing with the communal MIM, which always shields and harbours the dreaded terrorists.
The BJP leader also opined that no one should tolerate the anti-social activities of terrorists whether they are Hindus or Muslims. Demanding hanging of the condemned terrorist Afzal Guru for attacking the Parliament House, Mr Kishen Reddy said that MIM has no moral right to describe the patriotic RSS as a terrorist outfit. Dubbing the MIM leaders as heirs of Nizam razakars, Mr Kishen Reddy said that the old people in the villages recall the horrible stories about the Nizam rule and woes of innocent people.
