State president BJP G Kishan Reddy strongly condemned the resolution passed by state assembly demanding a ban on blasphemous film which offended Muslims and said that it is like holding umbrella in Hyderabad for the rain falling in America.
Speaker Nadendla Manohar read out a resolution on the controversial anti-Islam film appealing the Centre to impose a ban on the film on U-Tube and other social networking sites. He said that the resolution was being passed to maintain communal harmony in the State.
Condemning the resolution passed by the assembly BJP MLA said that the film has no connection with Andhra Pradesh or country.
